MRICS Property Manager
Client side Commercial Property Manager offering £36000 plus car and package based in Warrington
Your new company
You will be joining a privately owned established commercial client side company who are looking to expand the property management team with a commercial MRICS Property Manager. They have been established for over 35 years and specialise in development, property management and investment of commercial office space and industrial units.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the head of property responsible for being both out on the road and in the office delivering day to day property management duties and lettings. Duties include inspections, rent reviews, lease renewals, monitor PPM, ensure all vacant properties are marketed accordingly, liaise with agents, review legal documents of leases and contracts, ensure recording of tenancy and property data is collated accordingly. Support with the budget preparation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be recently MRICS qualified or working towards it. You will have demonstrable commercial property management experience. You will have ideally worked for either a consultancy or client side company in a similar role.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary in the region up to £36000 plus company car, career progression, opportunity to progress your career client side, hours 9am - 5pm, pension up to 5%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays etc.
