Due to an increased workload, we are now looking to recruit a Housing Supervisor to work in Stechford and Tyseley . Your new role
As a Housing Supervisor, you will be working in the busy contact centre based currently in Stechford and soon to be moving to Tyselely. You will be providing the contact centre staff with support and guidance with regards to all Housing enquiries. You will be required to supervise 6-7 members of the team with this and help them with any queries. The contact centre handles all housing queries from tenants of Birmingham City Council in the local area.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive housing experience and knowledge and be experienced of working within a Local Authority or public sector environment. You will be up to date with all aspects of housing and legislation and ideally have experience of working in a supervisory position either in a contact centre environment or face to face. Previous experience of working with Birmingham City Council and their CRM system's would be highly beneficial, but not essential.
