Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator
Our client is a large national organisation who are a true market leader in their field. Due to an increase in work flow and upcoming projects, there is now a need for a dynamic Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join this already successful team.
The Facilities Helpdesk is a busy and pressurised environment. You will be responsible for logging, allocating and closing jobs on the in-house CAFM system, as well as liaising with contractors and clients on the telephone.
Previous experience in a Facilities Administration role is essential, however you won't need to have specific CAFM experience as training will be provided. An ISOH endorsement would be desirable but not essential.
This role is ideally suited to an immediately available individual who is looking for forge a bright career in Facilities and Administration.
