Your new company
Our client is a specialist Surveying firm who cover the UK and Irish markets. They provide a range of services including structural defect insurance, inspection and risk management, and condition surveys for existing properties. The have recently seen a surge in demand for their services and have a requirement for a further Building Surveyor for an initial 6 month contract with view to going permanent.
Your new role
Your new role will see you working across NI as a Building Surveyor. You will be providing professional advice on all aspects of property and construction and primarily responsible for carrying out risk assessments on properties within your region, ensuring they are registered with the company and compliant with building regulations and are built in accordance with same.
What you'll need to succeed
Building Surveying experience necessary. You will be flexible to fulfil the travel demands of travelling around the region and have a clean/current licence. You will be client focused and have a keen eye for new business opportunities. Qualified to MRICS/ MCOIB accredited would be an advantage but not essential.
