This organisation provides an extensive and diverse workload whilst providing excellent working benefits. Due to a recent internal promotion, a Building Surveyor is required to manage their vast estate across the North East of Scotland.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of Property Management services across the estate. This will include planned and reactive maintenance, property inspection reports, condition surveys and to act as Clerk of Works on major refurbishments and new builds. You'll work with the Head of Estates to create a planned maintenance plan and report to them directly.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a Building Surveyor with a desire to gain your APC and become a Chartered Surveyor. You will have meticulous attention to detail and good IT skills. You will have a full clean driving licence and be able to spend nights away from home as travelling distance will span the north east of Scotland. This role is ideally suited to a recent Graduate Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to become Chartered.
