Your new role
In this challenging role, you will take charge of a portfolio of properties, managing the client and tenant relationships, coordinating services and activity between them, and to increase the value of the assets through careful maintenance and development programmes.
This will include the management of the relationships with clients, tenants, FM teams, investors, external asset managers and consultants to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the portfolio. You will be doing this using CRM systems as well as your own initiatives.
Other responsibilities include L&T work, valuations, construction & design management of developments, contracts management, quality supervision, property management fee invoicing, reactive works and inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be MRICS with a relevant Property Management degree or background in commercial properties in the UK. You'll need to have demonstrable experience of building & maintaining relationships over an extended period of time with both internal and external associates, with a track record of using these for the good of the client and your employer. The role would suit a highly ambitious, charismatic and driven individual with a clear idea of their potential future with the company.
