The client is a large educational establishment with several buildings. They are offering a new role which can develop with you.
Your new role
You will be in charge of contractors, tender prices, schedules of work, hard and soft services, and health and safety compliance. You will be managing two members of staff, supporting them to reach their full potential. You will manage internal projects such as refurbishments and oversee the management of the Helpdesk system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree or equivalent in Facilities Management, membership of a professional body such as BIFM or RICS, and you will have NEBOSH or IOSH. You will have experience working in schools or colleges and managing a team. You will have a strong background in Estates and Facilities Management.
