Your new role
MRICS Management Surveyor
The successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of hands on property management activities including client reporting, undertaking regular property inspections, service charge management including budgeting, cash flow monitoring and elements of professional lease work.
What you'll need to succeed
MRICS / RICS equivalent qualification is essential. A proven track record of working within a professional commercial property management division managing corporate property portfolios. There will be a mix of assets under management including commercial office space, high street retail & retail parks, experience with these types of properties will be preferred. An understanding of Landlord & Tenant law, the ability to use Qube management systems paired with client facing experience is highly desired.
What you'll get in return
There is a competitive basic salary of c.£50,000 - £55,000 + an annual performance related bonus scheme.
