An expanding and exciting consultancy, one of the leading names in the UK, is looking to add an Associate Planner to their ranks to work on major strategic schemes across the UK.

As an Associate Planner, you will be leading the team and looking at new ways of thinking and approaching the planning process, in particular when it comes to new communities and the future expansion of towns and cities. Your daily tasks will include checking through Planning statements of junior colleagues, preparing and submitting numerous applications in relations to strategic developments, working closely with the local community and brining several professions together, moving in the same direction on the project.

The successful Associate Planner will also be advising a range of landowners, investment management firms and major housebuilders on the development of new communities and large scale developments during the planning process.
