Assistant Facilities Manager
Our client is a well known and highly reputable managing agent that is currently searching for an Assistant Facilities Manager to support a team in the management of multiple trophy assets in Central London. In this position you will be ensuring all outsourced hard and soft services are carried out to the highest of standards by your chosen contractors. Experience of service charge budgets is highly desirable but not essential, our client requires an individual who has key management experience of people and services, preferably on sites where they are physically present. Ideally you will have managed the FM service delivery to properties which include extensive public realm areas. You must be an excellent communicator who can get the best out of the chosen service providers whilst liaising with the various tenants effectively.
