Location: London Bridge

Salary: £21,000-£23,000 per annum + benefits + commission
Working hours: Monday – Friday; 9.00am-5.00pm (35 hours per week)

To provide administrative support to the Lettings Manager in a range of duties, the individual should be customer focused, have the requirement to be proactive, organised and able to carry out tasks to a successful conclusion.

What you’ll be doing.

On a day to day basis you’ll be:

Negotiating between the landlords, outside agents and tenants all terms of new let prior to rental agreement.


Carrying out Administration tasks and overseeing of tenant referencing procedures and organising collection of deposits, administration fees, and advance rent into clients account.


Organising all activities relating to ‘the let’ including creation of tenancy agreement, gas and electrical certificates, cleaning and maintenance issues.


Registrations of tenancy deposits and correspondence to tenant and landlord.

Negotiating rent increases/decreases with landlord and tenant, including associated administration.


Occasionally going out on sites to carry out property inspections.

What skills you’ll need.

An understanding of how Property Management companies or Estate Agencies work would be ideal, as well as having experience dealing with the public.

Being calm whilst under pressure and good interpersonal skills is also very important.

Good IT skills are key, knowledge of QUBE would be perfect.
