A rapidly expanding, Midlands based independent property consultancy is seeking an Investment Surveyor to join their busy, growing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and disposing of commercial properties and investments. A strong entrepreneurial flair and a hunger for success are a must. MRICS is preferred but not essential. This would suit someone who thrives in a client-facing, deal orientated environment. The role is home-based with UK travel, occasionally reporting into Head Office in the Midlands. Salary circa £35-50,000+package and excellent bonus/commission scheme.
