Assistant Leasing Administration Manager - Shopping Mall
Our client is a well-established real estate developer that has a shopping mall project in Abu Dhabi. They have a new requirement for a Assistant Leasing Administration Manager to come on board to manage the leasing adminitration activities, handle retailer relationships and contract process for the Mall.
The incumbent must be competent in implementing leasing strategy; manage, monitor and exercise control over leasing administration; managing the end to end process of lease preparation.
Reporting to the Leasing Administration Manager, applicants must have held a similar position for a minimum of 5 years in a shopping center / mall and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of lease laws, leasing procedures and practices, legal implications of lease agreements, technical understanding of tenant fit outs and complex contractual arrangement. Experience with lease management software package (e.g., Accurent, Lucernex) is preferable. Candidates must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written and have previous UAE experience.
