You will be working for a public sector body, across 2 separate sites initially on a 3 to 6 month contract.
Your new role
This position is on flexi-time, covering 25 hours of work a each week, and is expected to last between 3 and 6 months. You will be responsible for managing the staff, contractors and all associated compliance. You will manage the processes for planned as well as reactive maintenance of the facilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you must come from a relevant background, you must be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience of managing contractors in a maintenance / facilities surrounding. You will have to pass strict security checks due to the nature of the facilities you will be managing.
