Role overview:


You will provide an efficient service to the residences and guest and follow procedures in a courteous and friendly manner

What you'll be doing:


Provide a high standard level of service to Residents and all visitors to the development

Ensure the development is professionally maintained

Keep an up-to-date record of all residents currently residing at the Development and that registration forms are issued and completed by incoming occupants

Ensure that access to the Development is effectively monitored and facilitated whilst on duty

Ensure that all deliveries are signed for and kept in the holding room until collected by the recipient and appropriate disclaimers are maintained 

Issue parking permits to all vehicles accessing the development. Ensure compliance with the parking regulations of the development

Ensure that all residents and their guests are following the regulations implemented by the Managing Agents Consort

Capture and record works orders as necessary to resolve defects arising during out of hours and report any security incident to the police and Development Manager as required

Ensure that all health and safety risks are identified, and reported to the Assistant Development Manager and Development Manager and eliminated

Direct contractors on site, inform maintenance and management when contractors arrive to carry out works on Consort behalf

To investigate any system faults and to report these faults to the Maintenance Operat
