Chartered Commercial Valuations Surveyor - Maidstone


Your new company
A leading Chartered Surveying practice is looking for a Commercial Valuations Surveyor to join their Maidstone office. This independent Chartered surveying firm, are working with Blue Chip companies and high-growth businesses in London and the South East. They provide a full portfolio of property services including commercial and residential valuations, agency, management and consultancy.

Your new role
You will work as the Commercial Valuer reporting directly into the MD and cover South east London and Kent. You will be responsible for the commercial valuations portfolio and be able to develop business in order to grow the valuations department.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be Chartered with Commercial Valuations work experience. Ideally you will have worked in the Kent market.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be working for a leading Chartered Surveying practice who will pay £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience for the right candidate.
