Graduate Trainee in Property Management

12 month programme to progress into a permanent Property Manager role

Starting in September 2017

Applicants must be able to attend Graduate Assessment Day on 22nd June

Have you graduated with at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree?

Do you have a full driving license or obtaining one within the next 12 months?

If you answered yes to the questions above, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Graduate Trainee in Property Management. The appointed candidates will complete a 12-month programme, gaining knowledge and experience on all aspects by A mix of on-the-job training, mini rotations and formal training support. Once you complete the programme, you will be encouraged to apply for one of our vacancies.   

The Trainee role will be based within our Luton office. You will gain a broad insight into the profession of Property Management with our Locations nationwide – graduates are expected to commute throughout the programme and occasionally stay overnight.

If you have a Lower Second Class Bachelor’s degree or a higher-level qualification in a related field look forward to travelling around the UK and are passionate about people and property management; we're interested.

The programme includes valuable hands-on work in lots of different departments throughout the UK. Typically it involves placements in a variety of different roles, lasting between 2 weeks to 3 month. It's the best way to get to know the business inside out and the only way to help you achieve your potential. You will also be mentored by one of our executive board members throughout your 12 month placement.

Qualifications/Experience required

  • Lower Second Class Bachelor’s degree or a higher-level qualification in a related field

  • Clear and genuine passion for Property Management
  • Experience in a customer facing environment is preferred
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
  • Flexible with commuting to our different sites whilst in your 12 month program
