Job: Property Manager (UK & Europe) - Greater London, Macdonald & Company

This is a strategic property/asset management role, managing an existing and expanding property portfolio around Scotland, England and Wales. The successful candidate will also provide support for my clients business in Europe and will play a key management and development role in providing an effective management system for the property portfolio. Responsibilities include identifying suitable property for lease or purchase and project manage, assign construction and property fit out projects nationally. Candidates must have a sound knowledge of UK based building related contract procedures, contract principles, building regulations, building control regulations and construction/workplace health & safety regulations. Experience in property acquisition, lease negotiation and procurement. Experience in project management principles, practices, and techniques. Management skills to include to include multiple and remote project management and line management experience of staff is essential. Furthermore candidates should have the ability to analyse and develop property/project related solutions and skill in establishing analysing and establishing resource priorities.
