Reporting to a Director and Associate Director this role involves management of a number of commercial properties for one of my client's largest clients. The position provides excellent prospects for career progression at one of the UK’s leading property advisors. You will have proven post qualification experience in commercial property management; good analytical skills; experience working with management accounts; be a confident self-starter and be comfortable working within a small team. You will be overseeing rent and service charge collection; carrying out management of service charge budgets and reconciliations; dealing with tenant applications; liaising direct and providing recommendations to clients; identifying and instigating asset enhancement initiatives and liaison and management of site based staff
