Job: Land Acquisition Surveyor, Charterfield Homes Ltd

Charterfield Homes is a privately owned residential property development company specializing in the acquisition and development of land in and around south west London. We develop high quality and imaginative new homes.

We are seeking a Land Acquisition surveyor to assist with the sourcing and appraisal of new sites and development opportunities. The ideal candidate should have:-

• Experience and a vision for identifying and acquiring residential schemes
• A knowledge of the residential property market in the London area
• Be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual
• Effective negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen

Through this role the candidate will work directly with the Director of the company and gain a detailed knowledge of residential property development including the planning process, design, construction, sales and finance.

The initial assessment salary is to be £20k with bonus structure.
