Management Surveyor needed by prestigious Private Practice in the North West.
My client has an unrivalled reputation when it comes to delivering the highest level of service and expertise in General Practice. Despite the current economic climate they remain as ambitious as ever and therefore require a talented Management Surveyor to meet current and future demands.
As a Management Surveyor you will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of properties which includes office and residential. Due to the busy, fast-paced environment the successful Management Surveyor will need to be able to hit the ground running and deal with tenant quires and set service charge budgets. It is essential that the selected Management Surveyor has proven property management experience as a qualified surveyor.
