Since its foundation in 1829 King’s has defined itself in terms of its service to society, and it now has some 30,000 students and more than 8,000 staff members. King’s has five campuses in central London consisting of more than 100 buildings ranging in age from the 1780s to new state of the art buildings. Reporting to the Director of Space & Workplace Management, the Senior Space Manager will work closely with King’s Faculties, Institutes and Departments at a strategic level ensuring that the client’s portfolio is fit for purpose and that they achieve optimum use of their space across the estate portfolio. The role will advise on and support new and innovative ways of working for the clients.
