Our client is an independent cost and property consultancy with a network of offices in UK. Established over 100 years ago they are a well-known name in the market and work with an enviable client list that cover both the public and private sectors. They employ 150 staff and at any one time have over a billion pounds worth of projects going through the various phases of construction.
They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a senior level project manager to join the team but be specifically responsible for two high profile projects based in central London.
The successful candidate will have the following experience;
Project delivery of projects in at least two of the following sectors: Commercial Offices, retail & Leisure or Residential.
Independently leading a series of projects as both day-to-day manager and as main project contact for client.
Acting as interface with Fund Monitors, on behalf of Developers
Preparing and maintaining the usual trackers, programmes, registers etc associated with the role of a project manager
Delivery of Contract Administration / Employer's Agent roles in JCT 2016 (Traditional and D&B) and NEC forms of contract
Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery
Likely to have over five year of experience at project management delivery at all RIBA stages of the project life cycle, beyond any previous construction industry experience
Preferably experienced in delivery of CA/EA roles in JCT and NEC forms of contract
