I am seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join a leading Building and Cost Consultancy who operate across Europe.
My client is a leading independent business who have an impressive track record in delivering construction project management and cost consultancy with a predominant focus on the industrial sector.
This role is to lead on all cost management across their portfolio which predominantly consists of data centres, distribution centres and industrial warehouses.
This individual needs to be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, looking after the following from design phases through to delivery:
- Preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Procuring or agreeing the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
Fluency in both English and German is essential.
