The Trust is seeking a newly qualified RICS surveyor or surveyor working towards RICS accreditation to join the Property and Projects team.
You will be well versed in Landlord and Tenant, Property and Contract law.
Consideration will be given to those candidates who do not meet these criteria if they can show that they have at least five years’ experience working in a property and contractual role.
You will be a shrewd negotiator with the ability to work with people to achieve best value for the Trust. You will have good communication skills to be able to communicate and work with skilled trades, clinical staff and directors; with the ability to understand technical data as well as strategic requirements.
You will be a team player, able to assimilate and understand technical, financial and legal data to achieve the aims identified within the Trust’s Estates Strategy.
Knowledge or experience of PFI contracts will be an advantage as the management of PFI contracts will form part of the role. Whilst advantageous this knowledge is not essential as training will be provided.
