Property Manager

The University of Lincoln is seeking to recruit a Property Manager to join its Estates Team.

The University’s significant estate portfolio includes 130 buildings, covering 238,000 sqm and 250 ha of land. Valued at more than £340m, the estate continues to evolve to meet the University strategic needs of its students, staff and partners. The portfolio is also an increasingly important revenue stream for the University, generating £7m of income per annum.  Occupiers include renowned national and global organisations.  

Reporting to the Head of Space Strategy, Planning and Sustainability, the Property Manager with take the lead role in the asset management of the University’s estate portfolio and will undertake a broad range of activities including acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and administration, rent reviews and lettings.

As a Chartered Surveyor, the successful candidate will have proven experience of estates management across a large scale and diverse estate portfolio.  It is vital that the postholder has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the ability to work in a collaborative manner with a multitude of stakeholder groups whilst achieving results.
