Are you an experienced Planner looking to make the move to the client side? Are you looking to work on one of the most iconic regeneration schemes in the UK? A Planning Manager/Planning Director position has arisen with a London based Development Corporation to provide internal advice to the Development and Project management teams alongside updating the CEO on all Planning implications and aspects of the development.

You will be coordinating, reviewing and managing all small the medium planning applications relating to the project in relation to all strategic decisions made by shareholders while also being a guardian and coordinator of all heritage aspects of the development.
