Job Role:   Payroll Administrator

Location: Remote 

Job Sector: Payroll

Hours: 35 hours per week

As Payroll Administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

  • Having responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of expenses and weekly payruns
  • Manage email queries
  • Manual Payroll data input e.g Maternity/Paternity, court orders
  • Preparing and raising any adhoc payments

This role reports to the Payroll Team Leader

About You

  • Previous payroll experience preferred but not essential, experience of working in a payroll environment or customer service and have a good understanding of payroll related issues.
  • Attention to detail
  • Being flexible and logical in your approach to issues and processing means you are able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Communication comes naturally to you and you are intermediate at MS Excel.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Responsibility for running weekly payroll process and production of relevant reports
  • Responsibility for running twice monthly expenses payroll and production of relevant reports
  • Production of monthly reports as requested by the business to include credit card report
  • Providing support for the monthly payroll process
  • Completing auditing checklists
  • Manual payroll data entry e.g. maternity / paternity, court orders, bank details
  • Monitoring and processing MyView and MyHR workflow
