Letting Agent for a Private Property investment company

We are seeking a Lettings agent for a  private property investment company based in Wimbledon.

The company owns a large portfolio, so you will be letting our own inhouse properties , So no vendors involved and no weekends. 

 On a Full Time Basis

Salary £30,000 - £40,000 (Basic)  Dependant on Experience

This role involves working closely with the lettings manager,

- Dealing with internet enquiries resulting in viewings.

- To help with the arranging / booking of maintenance / repairs 

- Updating and booking of Gas safety certification and EICR Tests

- A knowledge of Tenancy agreements.

- Handling and submitting Deposits.

- Excellent Typing and IT skills, including MS Office.

- Previous experience in a property environment.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- No weekends - Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

- Salary £30,000pa - £40,000pa (Basic)  dependant on experience
