What you'll do
We’re looking for someone exceptional who wants to make a difference and strives in a challenging fast paced environment. If you have a proven track record of creating engaging marketing campaigns for new schemes. Combined with the determination to deliver multiple projects across London and the South East, a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join us as a Marketing Manager.
You’ll be responsible for the design and delivery of our overall marketing strategy. Taking the lead and ensuring both the scheme and programme marketing collateral is delivered to a high level, supporting the growth of our sales programme. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director and working with the market analyst and sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales success. You’ll help inspire, lead and be a role model to your team, consistently demonstrating the Optivo culture and values. Whilst successfully managing and creating continuous relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need
You’ll have extensive experience of planning and delivering traditional and digital marketing campaigns through various channels.
You’ll have knowledge of specific key elements of marketing needed to support successful sales.
You’ll have a clear understanding of off plan marketing design and delivery.
You’ll be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
You’ll be an enthusiastic, motivated team-player and have a real passion for housing.
You’ll be able to produce concise weekly reports to highlight essential information and forecast spend accurately.
