Facilities Manager

Your new company
You will be working as a Facilities Manager for an established organisation based in the Warwick area.

Your new role
As Facilities Manager you will be working across 5 sites in the Warwick area, responsible for the buildings and their facilities.You will be managing contractors and associated costings as well as liaising with landlords. You will be responsible for sourcing fixtures, fittings and furniture as well as new premises when needed. You will be managing all facilities-related projects ranging from minor refurbishments and major building programmes from commission to sign off. You will also have line management duties for a Facilities Assistant. You will be working 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 - 13:30 on Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience operating as a Facilities Manager previously ideally in a commercial setting. You should also have an eye for detail and creatively is welcomed. You must be a strong communicator and have great time management skills.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £40000 per annum + bonus. You will also receive free parking, subsided lunch, pension, and early finish each Friday. You will also receive 22 days holidays + bank holidays, and this will increase every 2nd year of service.
