A global financial investments company, my client has an envious reputation within the sector. Due to ongoing demands from the business, they require a senior Facilities & Corporate Real Estate professional to complement the existing team and take up a highly influential role.

Your new role
As the Facilities & Corporate Real Estate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all of my client's global footprint out side of the US. A London based role, the position has a degree of international travel which can best be described as ad-hoc. Reporting in to the US, this position requires an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will possess a joint facilities & corporate real estate background ideally on a global scale. The ability to work strategically is important as you will be the lead professional outside of the US. Experience of dealing with projects, leases, space utilisation and facilities is a must. An influential role, you will work with various senior stakeholders across the business ensuring the real estate is fit for purpose to support the business.

What you'll get in return
An industry leading salary of £90,000 plus benefits.
