THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have experience of working for a housebuilder, developer, contractor or professional organisation with the ability to manage all aspects of a project from land acquisition to supporting contract procurement. A natural leader having managed teams whilst driving and delivering projects. Experience of dealing with local authorities and detailed knowledge of the planning system is essential.

You will be an aspiring or proven Development Manager seeking to take ownership of your own large scale projects. Working with a great team of colleagues you will drive forward your projects, delivering successful schemes that come in on time and cost.
Technically proficient with intimate knowledge and understanding of the whole property development life cycle from site identification, feasibility, planning, funding, legals, construction and handover. You will enjoy working with internal and external teams on these matters.
Reporting to the Director of Development and the Board, the post holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of sites in the development phase from land acquisition to start on site, continuing to support the project and operations team to Handover. You will work with an internal project team comprising appraisal, analysis, design planning and project management skills, and external professional consultant team to ensure development value is maximised, excellent design and living spaces are created, brand values and standards are captured while managing investor and legal stakeholders.
