Yorkshire Housing are a charitable housing association that owns and manages more than 18,000 homes across Yorkshire with plans to build 3,000 more by 2021. We aim to grow our offering to service more people across Yorkshire including providing more homes, increasing services to older people, new ventures and partnerships are also on the horizon. With effective governance vital to the current and future success of Yorkshire Housing you will provide a vital role in anticipating, identifying and managing risk, ensuring we comply with our statutory and regulatory responsibilities and that we promote a robust and effective approach to business assurance across all our activities.

Your professional experience could be drawn from any sector, what matters is that you have the ability to apply your senior level experience in property development or marketing, including any of the elements of the management and oversight of the development process from site identification through to housing sales. You will be strategic in outlook with ability to understand and analyse complex information and provide independent and constructive challenge to our Board and Executive.
