This is a niche opportunity for an experienced Chinese-speaking Customer Service Manager to join an international property developer. You will be responsible for setting up and growing the new department and deal with all the international clientele.
Previous experience working for a Real Estate firm within customer service/relations is essential.
- Setting up processes and protocols of customer service
- Creating handover requirements from customer perspective
- Creating inspection and handover plan and supporting inspection and handover activities
- Advising on the resolution of customer complaints and on the improvement of customer satisfaction
- Advising on the development of customer relationships and loyalty.
To offer quality services, you must have:
- Solid customer service experience in real estate developers
- Experience in managing customer service team and process
- Experience in the handover or completion of residential projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent or native in Mandarin.
