Job Role: Communications Manager - EWS Projects
Location: Field/Remote - With regular meeting held in London and Luton

As our Communications Manager for our External Wall Systems Team, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite property manager by:
- Writing and creating customer communications for residents and homeowners whose homes external wall systems (EWS) are being remediated as a result of changing building and fire safety guidance.
- Ensuring customer and client facing colleagues have the appropriate communications templates and materials to keep everyone updated and queries can be responded to clearly and empathetically.
- Supporting the major works teams, and property management operations teams with creation of site-specific communications plans to align with building remediation timelines.
This role will report into our Head of Programme Management - EWS, but with a dotted line to our Head of PR, Brand and Digital to ensure alignment with our group external communications.
About You
You have previous experience in a B2C services organisation and in external communications/PR.
Being an exceptional communicator, means you have a very high attention to detail and are a natural writer.
As you are comfortable 'working at pace' means you thrive in working in a busy and varied environment. As well as having the ability to take an 'outside in' approach to customer communications
You are comfortable building relationships with colleagues across different departments, and are a proactive self-starter, organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and deadline focused
Experience of residential property desirable, but not essential
