An opportunity has arisen within a thriving property management office for a property assistant to carry out the following duties:
- Assist with lettings of the commercial and residential portfolio.
- Administrative support on credit control matters.
- Processing of rent reviews and lease agreements.
- Database management, including amending client records, issuing notices, reminders and other communications, key to the effective management of the estate.
Candidates must be IT literate, with property administration experience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
