Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Perform financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via development budgets, financial modeling, analysis of cash flows, and application of valuation methods using a combination of Argus and Excel software.
  • Assist with due diligence process associated with acquisitions
  • Source, maintain and update sales and lease comparable databases.
  • Prepare presentation materials and proposals
  • Participate in the management of development projects including feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contracting, and construction management.
  • Assist in preparation of fund quarterly management reports
  • Update and maintain tenant databases
  • Administration of property reporting templates
  • Support investor presentations, acquisitions, dispositions, various reporting requirements
  • Document control related to appraisals, due diligence processes and ad hoc information requests
  • Reviewing property-level cash flows
  • Evaluate tenant credit of new and existing major tenants in the portfolio
  • Assist preparation and review of some Argus models
