Interim Facilities Manager - West Midlands
Do you have a NEBOSH qualification coupled with an M&E background?
An international company with a strong UK presence is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team of twenty in the delivery of planned and preventative maintenance and day to day repair work. Candidates with experience of delivering both hard & soft services will be required to ensure statutory and contractual compliance as well as an effective response to reactive maintenance. Experience of managing external agents alongside internal teams will ensure a compliant H&S culture.
Knowledge of Computer Assisted Facilities Management Systems along with basic accounting principles will ensure delivery of an effective and efficient service.
Initial three month contract with potential for extension.
