An International Real Estate Consultancy is looking to hire an Operations Manager with 4 to 6 years experience for their Property Management team in Oman. The position will be overseeing a team of 10 property and account executives responsible for liaising with clients, tenants and contractors over management and maintenance issues. You'll be reporting into the Head of Property Management and together updating internal & external policies and procedures. A focus of this position will be to building relationships and negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants. Candidates must have previous experience working within Property, Facilities or Project Management and strong communications skills with experience of report writing. The ideal candidate will have or be working towards a professional membership (RICS/IFMA). GCC experience is preferred but not essential.
