Property Management Administrator - Leeds - c. £27,000 p.a.
Our client is a major property owner with a £1.5billion+ asset portfolio spanning all commercial property sectors.
This is a varied role across a range of key disciplines providing real opportunities for development.
Day to day duties will include, amongst other things:
* Financial management
* Contractor coordination
* Business management
* Data management
Applicants must have proven experience of working within the real estate sector and excellent Excel knowledge (a competency based test will be required to be completed at interview stage).
The role requires a self-starter who is able to manage their own time and workload, who is task and solution focussed, with a diligent and hardworking attitude.
