Maintenance Manager - Social Housing

Your new company
My client is a reputable public sector social housing provider who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join them on a permanent basis, looking after the Oxfordshire patch.
Your new role
You will be joining a friendly and established team and will be responsible for heading up a team of up to 8 maintenance multi-skilled trade operatives. It will be your role to ensure that the delivery of the maintenance repairs services are carried out in line with policies, budget and time-frames. You are involved with stock conditions surveys, fire safety assessments, audits on works, contractor management, as well as managing, developing and leading your in house team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven background in managing trades, whether as a supervisor or manager and will most likely have been on the tools yourself previously at some point. You will be up with current CDM regs, H&S practices and Housing experience is essential. A car and valid UK driving license is required.
