One of the worlds leading charities is looking for two Project Managers/Surveyors to join their Estates team. The primary purpose of these two new positions is to work with the Capital Projects Manager and Project Management team to support the delivery of a number of iconic projects across the Estate. The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager or surveyor who will work closely with consultants and contractors to deliver a series of works including demolition, landscaping, refurbishment and fabric repairs to a Grade II Listed property. The programme of work is well underway and this role will be pivotal in helping to ensure the smooth on site delivery and transition into operation. You will ideally have had exposure to client side project management of pre-contract and post contract building projects in excess of £10m; significant technical and practical experience of construction, contracts and cost control; experience of large and varied built estates and excellent stakeholder management skills. Both positions are 18 month fixed term contracts.
