The role is a varied and involved one and would suit a well organised and detailed focused negotiator;

  • Active management and consistently keeping in touch with your buyer database through traditional marketing, emails and social media which should form 50% of your day
  • Ensure a first class and smooth communication technique between clients and purchasers from the start to finish of their searches in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Be consistently on top of your instructed listings and be continuing monitoring and reviewing local markets, offering sound advice and enabling the best marketing coverage of each property to enable a successful transaction
  • Market knowledge will be gained by ongoing travel to covered regions, meeting local agents to maintain relations and sound knowledge of the products
  • Developer and client care through sound 'listening' and offering best advice
  • Assist and work with other team members to best market their instructions and opportunities to clients whilst maintain PMA and detailed administration on all files
  • Liaise with the wider company as a whole and work as a team in maintain a high profile presence and best image of the firm
  • In addition the ideal candidates will have these personalities and skills;

    • Willingness to travel to see instructions and attend viewings with applicants

    • Detailed focused in producing clear and professional marketing details and social media coverage
    • Negotiation skills and persuasion to enable the effective closing of business
    • Ability to own your buyer database and take responsibility to manage applicants to achieve targets
