Want to work 2 days from home, at a consultancy that is working on Brexit proof projects? Look no further.

Your new company
This brilliant medium sized consultancy has come into its own in recent years, with growth in their Building Surveying, Cost Management and Project Management teams, and a whole raft of projects taking the office total to 70 live schemes.

As an organisation they employ over 100 people nationwide, with a real emphasis on employee welfare in an increasingly flexible and remote working environment - they offer 2 days working from home, 24 days' holidays as standard, flexible working, healthcare, good pension and much more.

Within their Building Surveying division, they work on a range of commercial projects - dilaps, party wall, right of light, refurbs, pre-acquisition surveys, defect analysis and maintenance projects. They work on retail, offices, logistics centres, warehouses and light industrial buildings - and the best part is they are UK based and UK funded, with very little chance of being disrupted by Brexit.

Your new role
You'll be in a client facing role, managing & growing your own workload, and you will be working across dilaps, party wall, right of light, refurbs, pre-acquisition surveys, defect analysis and maintenance projects across the North.

As this is a progressive organisation, you'll be expected to support and help train the APC candidates (there are 3), using the breadth of your expertise to help the company be a leader in developing the next generation of surveyors.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an MRICS or MCIOB Chartered Building Surveyor with demonstrable, quality commercial project experience. You'll need to be a go-getter, someone who is dynamic, ambitious and driven, and someone who is capable of winning work, spotting commercial opportunities and driving the business forward.

What you'll get in return
You will be in a great position in a friendly, sociable office that is still (and continuing) a state of steady growth. With a wider reach than small companies but a more personable approach than the large consultancies, you have the ideal balance between quality and quantity to make a real difference to both the organisation and your career.
