Salary: £30,755 – £71,761 (Plus London Allowance if applicable)
Grade: Specialist / Senior Specialist depending on candidates’ experience.
Location: Bedford, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds or London

The Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) is a £5.5bn capital grant fund which is part of the National Productivity Investment Fund (NPIF). The fund aims to unlock housing in areas of the greatest demand by providing grants to Local Authorities for the enabling infrastructure required for residential led developments.
This role is to support the Assurance and Monitoring processes applicable to the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) under the agreed Assurance Framework. It will involve managing projects once grant agreements are concluded, verifying and approving grant claims made under the Grant Determination Agreement and carrying out an objective examination of project information in order to provide an independent assessment of HIF progress.
We are recruiting up to 6 individuals at both Manager and Senior Manager grades, depending on candidates’ experience.
