Your new role
As a Quality Assurance Officer, your role plays a huge part in ensuring the company continues to meet and exceed the compliance standards. You will be supporting the registered manager to assess, monitor and drive improvement in the quality of service provided. This role will involve you preparing and delivering team meetings - recording and following up actions. You'll be active in representing the service in all community dealings, to promote awareness of rights, respect and responsibilities for disabled members of the community.
What you'll need to succeed
You are passionate about the care of others with essential understanding of the needs of partially sighted, blind people with additional disabilities. You will need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good level of literacy. You must be a driver with a full driving license. You will have excellent communication - both verbal and written skills as well as problem solving skills with attention to detail. You have the ability to prioritize work and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
