Voids and Lettings Co-Ordinator

Your new role
You will work in collaboration with the Home & Property Service teams to deliver customer excellence, providing an innovative empty homes and lettings service, which maximises income, minimises revenue loss and fills empty homes quickly. You will Advertise and market empty homes, shortlist applicants and co-ordinate pre moving out visits. You will process transfers and mutual exchanges and manage waiting lists.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have proven experience of using initiatives and delivering excellent customer services. You will have proven experience of managing expectations and innovating to achieve results. You will work as part of a team an be able to priorities workload.
What you'll get in return
In return you will offered a Permanent or 6 month FTC, working 35 hours per week. The salary offered will be £19,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.
