Project Manager (construction) job in St Helens offering £45000 plus package.

Your new company
This business are a national specialist that provide, plan, manage and improve clients' workplaces. Key clients include various councils, schools, academies, NHS trusts and commercial providers. This business are now seeking to recruit a Project Manager (PM) to join their Project & Programme Management (P&PM) service line as part of P&PM's Regional Team (North). The role is based in St Helens.

Your new role
The role requires a Project Manager with experience that is predominantly drawn from projects within the 'built environment' sector and is ideally qualified to APM PMQ level (or equivalent) and holds membership of APM (or equivalent) at associate or full member level. You will ideally of come from a Building surveyor or quantity surveyor background.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have effective written and verbal communication skills and can confidently present complex information to a variety of audiences (including senior managers and stakeholders), can effectively use standard Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software, effectively manages their time and can work concurrently on multiple projects and/or business activities. This business operates a Project Management Excellence (PMx) initiative, which is accredited by the APM and provides a structured approach to both staff development and the delivery of project and programme management services.
