Homes England is the new national housing agency, recently launched to play a major role in fixing the housing market and enabling delivery of homes that our country needs.

The Strategic Growth Team is a new, small multi-disciplinary team within the Strategy, Performance and Delivery Unit at Homes England. Its remit is to lead on, and provide support to, large-scale, complex and innovative projects that require cross-boundary, cross-government and cross-discipline working, such as the Cambridge-Milton Keynes-Oxford Arc, Thames Estuary opportunities and rail related growth around Crossrail, HS1 and HS2.

To support the team, we are looking to recruit three talented professionals with strategic planning, infrastructure and property backgrounds and with a range of experience that spans delivery and cross-government working to help shape policy and influence key decisions. This role can be based in any location, but frequent travel to other offices, including to London will be required.
